Frank Krieger is a corporate attorney. Most recently, Mr. Krieger served as the Vice President/General Counsel at a technology company in Orlando, Florida. Previously, Frank Krieger served as Vice President, Acquisitions at a publicly traded national provider of home healthcare products and services.  In addition, Frank Krieger served as the Associate General Counsel and then Vice President/General Counsel at a publicly traded healthcare software corporation.  Prior to his corporate positions, he was in private practice providing corporate legal services to both privately held and publicly traded companies. Currently, Mr. Krieger is the owner of the Law Offices of Frank Krieger, P.A. in Tampa, Florida where he continues to provide corporate legal services to businesses. Frank Krieger received a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a JD from Wayne State University School of Law in Detroit where he was Assistant Editor of the Wayne State Law Review.  Frank Krieger is a member of the Florida Bar with over twenty years of legal experience.
